First cement truck loading into pumper truck.

Filling concrete around a window opening. Notice the bracing and blocking.

Soprema Peel & Stick waterproof membrane being added to outside layer of foam. Notice the foam step to bridge thermal gap later.

Additional layer of 2” EPS insulation added, glued and nailed to ICF foundation forms at the plastic ribs.
